MEET ONE OF OUR ANALYSTS

OLIVIA MYERS - Olivia has spent her entire career as a cost analyst specializing in financial analysis, cost modeling, and decision support for multi-million-dollar defense projects. She holds a Master's degree in Cost Estimating and Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire.

Most recently, Olivia led cost analysis efforts for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, shaping key financial strategies and establishing the cost function for the division. Olivia's expertise extends across Foreign Military Sales, program objective memorandums, budget ex*****on reviews, and source selections for acquisition programs across the Air Force.

She is dedicated to delivering timely and accurate results, optimizing resources, and fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, CrossFit, and binge-watching a good show.

MEET ONE OF OUR ANALYSTS

MICHAEL MAHONEY - An experienced professional currently serving as a Program Logistic Manager at DC Holdings LLC, where he supports the U.S. Army Program Executive Office Soldier (PEO Soldier) in Soldier Medical Devices (SMD). He started with DC Holdings in May 2024.

Before joining DC Holdings, Mr. Mahoney held key leaderships positions. Notably, he served in Southwest Asia (SWA) enduring multiple deployments, where he played a critical role as the GS-14 Theater Lead for CECOM’s Field Sustainment Support Divisions and Electronic Sustainment Support Centers. In this capacity, he managed over 850 civilian contractors throughout the Combined Joint Operations Area Afghanistan (CJOA), overseeing product sustainment support for Program Managers (PM).

Mr. Mahoney began his career in the U.S. Army, serving in the Ordnance Corps. He held prestigious roles, including serving as a Technical Foreign Military Advisor, Combat Readiness Evaluator, and Master Instructor. He completed multiple deployments across the world, gaining experience in leadership and military operations. He retired from the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer after 23 years of active service.

Born in Libya, North Africa, to a U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sergeant, he attended Camden College in New Jersey and holds an Automotive Applied Science Degree. He has earned multiple professional certifications, including Level II Acquisitions Certification, and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Certification. Additionally, awarded the U.S. Army’s Ordnance Corps “Samuel Sharpe Award” for exhibiting exceptional integrity, moral character, and professional competence. Mr. Mahoney’s career demonstrates a commitment to service, leadership, and excellence, both in the military and in his civilian roles.
