My mom sent me a “stained glass” butterfly to repair for her.
I open the box to find this mangled oddly shaped thing with glass wings inside. While the wings are glass, I have no idea how they got the pattern on them as this is definitely not traditional stained glass. It appears to be some kind of overlay glued or painted in the glass.
It’s still pretty and it hold sentimental value to my mom so I’m gonna fix it. It was missing a piece so it’ll be almost but not quite the same when she gets it back.

Anyone got a really cool key or pretty cutlery laying around I can use for the body? 👀 I’ll pay you for it 😂

It’s Friday! And it’s the end of the month so I’d like to share pics of some customs I’ve done over the last few months! Now that everyone has received their orders I can post my most recent two as well! I had so much fun doing these and as always a big THANK YOU to everyone who has ordered from me! ❤️ I’m just so thrilled you all have been enjoying your orders!
I’ve made more than this but some were given as gifts or I forgot to take the pictures so I don’t have photos of them all! ❤️

It’s Saturday! This means I’m officially out of my studio for a few days! Here’s a few customs I’ve worked on! Some are only patterns as the individuals who’ve ordered them have not received their orders yet, but have seen the final product!

I still work full time while running my tiny itty bitty business and my schedule at work is very demanding. I don’t have any “off time” on the weekends to work on anything as I have a job where I work 24 hour shifts, and I do both of my weekly shifts back to back for a total of a 48 straight shift.
Most of my local customers know what I do and are very patient with me because of it! And I appreciate everyone of you! ❤️ quite a few of you are even my co workers so there’s a extra level of understanding 😂☺️ yall are the best!

While I’m available by text or messenger I want to remind everyone that I cannot be expected to reply even if I’ve seen your message. My job changes at the drop of a hat and I may be unavailable for the next 7 plus hours after reading your message.
I’ve had a rash of what I suspect are scammers or bots in my inbox being exceedingly rude when I can’t get back to them. I always treat them as if they are human and real people who just want some art but when it comes time to purchase they never do even after hounding and harassing me about something over hours or days with several long gaps in communication on thier side.

It was presented to me recently (like yesterday) that a subscription box would be of interest to people.

You pay a set amount every month/ 3 months ect and get a piece sent to you, based on pricing tiers you choose.

This is a future Alex project but I like the idea a lot. Anyone else interested? This one will take some time with logistics and billing ect on my end but if there’s enough interest I’ll definitely be happy to start figuring it all out!

Okay, so I don’t hate it. Is it ideal? No but I’m working with VERY limited space and now I have nearly all my glass on the divided shelf. Do I like it on the floor? No. Is it safest on the floor with the weight? Yes. I still have my other smaller glass divider shelves but until I find a place in my home that’s gonna be the new permanent spot for my studio, they’ll be stored. I was gonna keep them on top of the three sectioned shelf but I would have lost access to both my light switch and my power strip 😮‍💨 so this is all good for now!
