Keeping your remote clean, if you have had your box for a while now or you have kids a routine cleaning can do a remote some good before the buttons start sticking. Simply use an alcohol wipe or using a cotton swab and a small amount of rubbing alcohol and wiping between the buttons. The rubbing alcohol evaporates fast and will not harm the remote.DO NOT!! use water,soap or windex etc.

Update on the vod loading issue. The techs are currently working on the server 2 loading issue and plan to add more servers and will test before updating to the app. They say this could still take some time and to please be patient . ( so this means that the vod apps will be better than ever when done . In the meantime enjoy your 3500 live channels. Still lots of tv to watch and enjoy. ) if asked to do a update on the heat vod allow this . This will be the fix . Some are saying after the update you may need to unplug your box for 60 seconds and plug it back in for a reboot.

If anyone has noticed that both vod apps have been down since last night. They should be fixed now. If they still are not working reboot your box.
