Unfortunately, this affects our phones also, so as of now we are unable to conduct business. Thanksgiving schedule is Wednesday November 26th the Office will close at 2 pm. Thursday & Friday will be closed. We will be back in the office Monday December 1st at 8 am.

Just a little update. If you call in for service we are sorry to tell you it could be up to a 3 week wait. We apologize for this inconvenience. It is by no means our intent to make our customers wait extended periods of time for service. But being one of very few appliance repair servicers in this rural area, we can easily get swamped. Please be assured we will do our very best to get to you as soon a possible. Thank you to our customers for your continued business and your Patience. !

We would like to thank all of our customers who have hung in there with us the last few months. As many of you know, if you have called in for service within the last 3months or so, you have had to wait for 2 to 3 weeks or more ,for us to get to you. Our business is completely a family run business, with a total of four employees. Two technicians on the road and two office. If one has to have time off it impacts the whole operation. This has been the case this summer with sickness, and the arrival of our first grand baby. Please continue to be patient with us, as we are back on track now and trying our very best to catch back up and provide quality service! Thank you again and have a blessed day!

In case you try to call and can not get a hold of us, we are changing our phone service and not sure what day it will happen. So please be patient and we will get it fix as soon as it takes place.
We will be canceling our fax line. So you can still reach us by email at [email protected]. We will also be canceling the 800 #. So the only phone # will stay the same 231-768-4558.
