Wishing all of our clients a safe, healthy and Happy New Year! Looking forward to another great year being able to service some of the greatest companies and clients in the industry!! We chose to close out this year at one of our very own job sites and it was nothing short of amazing. Vespa’s doors opened in February 2020, just one month before the pandemic hit. Although many restaurants suffered during this time, they managed to find innovative ways to fill the bellies of their community and neighbors, and made it through. We are certainly grateful they did because the food was delish and….well….the drinks….they were even better😉 If your ever in the Northport area, checkout Vespa Italian Chophouse you will not be disappointed 🇮🇹😋

With Labor Day on the horizon, now is a great time to feature some of the hard work that went into this project. This 35’ x 44’ detached garage required approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals to increase the maximum square footage from 750 sq. ft. to 1,387 sq. ft, increase the maximum height from 15’ to 18’ and last but not least, Smithtown’s infamous, allow environmentally sensitive lands to be altered for slopes greater than 15% 😮 Approved, approved, approved!! This happy client can now house his boat and vehicles safely. Projects like this don’t happen overnight, they take a lot of research, dedication, professional and manual labor. Lucky for us, we get to tap out on the manual part 😉 Keep your 👀 out for this beast, word on the highway is, doors closed on this project last week.

We’re not always brought in on the projects that are exciting, long awaited by homeowners to make their dreams come true. No, we wish we were, but sadly, we quite often assist in the exact opposite. Sometimes we’re brought in during the worst times, the scariest, most dreaded nightmare, that no homeowner wants to experience. The ones that can cause loss of loved ones and memories, cause a feeling of grief and sadness, creating displacement and unexpected new beginnings. At Morano Expediting Services, restoration projects are handled expeditiously, with the utmost care and sympathy, as we understand emotions are high and timeframes are narrow.
