Site prep complete for a future pole barn and driveway!

Here’s how we handled this builds' foundation:
✅ Stripped and set aside the topsoil
✅ Performed a cut-to-fill to balance the site and imported extra fill to hit final grade
✅ Rolled and compacted the pad for a rock-solid, stable base
✅ Installed the stone driveway access
✅ Dressed the front edge using the stripped topsoil to create a smooth, easily mowable slope

We took this backyard that had very little flat ground and completely turned it around. By utilizing a cut-to-fill method, we almost tripled their usable space in the back!
Up front, we brought in fill to cover a culvert pipe—making the front yard flat and usable—while also adding a clean stone driveway for trailer parking.

Pool season is officially here!

We just wrapped up this above-ground pool pad on a tough, sloped backyard. An above-ground pool needs a solid foundation to last.

We excavated the slope, got the pad level, and used the natural stone already on-site to build a stacked retaining wall. Not only does it keep the hillside secure, but it saved the customer money on material costs! 💸♻️
