Overcome
Greg Dickow once said that a person who overcomes “self” cannot be overcome.
If we don't know who we really are designed to be, we allow ourselves to be the victim to the world around us. We can often feel that there are too many obstacles to overcome and feel fear, anxiety, worry, hopeless, and depressed.
That's a lie and an illusion from the rulers of this “world and it’s system.)
Paul tells us not to be conformed
to that thinking, but to be transformed by renewing our minds. Romans 12
You and I are made in the image of our Creator, our Father, Who declared to Moses: “I Am that I Am.” one translation says: I Am Who I choose to Be.”
You and I have a mind. That mind is the most powerful thing in the universe besides the One Who created it.
That mind is who we are. From that mind flows the expression of who we are; our personality and our spirituality.
We all have a brain. The mind is not the brain as much as its not our hand or foot.
The brain is a physical electronic switching station that picks up impulses from the mind and sends it to the rest of our body.
A malfunctioning brain reeks havoc on our lumps of clay (bodies.) A healthy brain sends healthy signals to the body.
The human body is a marvel of over 50 trillion living cells dependent on a healthy “mind.”
A mind ALIGNED to our Father Creator picks up the proper signals from Spirit and thought becomes properly HARMONIZED with God’s thought. When this happens, SYNCRONICITY happens and the brain and the intricately designed body functions as intended.
When Truth (Spirit-Holy Spirit-highest and purest FREQUENCY of energy) is received, our mind sends that signal to the brain and that power (TRUTH) RESONATES) throughout our entire being-spirit, soul, and body.
That physical switching station we call the brain has more electrical impulses going on than all of the cell phones on the earth!
Imagine if those electrical impulses we connecting to Life giving transmissions?
Our true “I am” begins to be revealed and I realize there is no obstacle too great for us. We are children of the Great I Am.
What must be overcome: My current thinking and who I think I am.
“As a man thinketh, so is he.”
Jesus said the flesh (humanistic thinking, soulish, ego) profits nothing but His words are spirit and life. John 6:63
He knew Who He was, and wants us to know who we are in Him.
That's why His prayer was for the Father to make the believers in Him One with Him and the Father. John 17
Know that you are an overcomer.
Jesus overcame the world and you and I can now thanks to Him and His example.
His method was to hear what His Father said. We must too.
With our I am, we must seek to develop our spirituality and personality from the only true I Am.
Retrain the brain from a mind in union with the I Am. Christ is the bridge and reconciling One who is bringing our “I am” home.
Know God, know thyself, know your brothers and sisters (neighbor)
Love God, love yourself, as you love your neighbor.
The great I Am is for us, I am for you.
Who are you and what are you for? Life, or separation which equals death?
If you are for life, start overcoming the old self and begin anew in the new self. 2 Corinthians 5
