💲 Starting at $25/hour — $28+/hour for experienced catalogers
💲 Performance bonuses available for personal property auctions completed within set timeframes (no cap on earnings potential)

What You’ll Do
This position offers a wide variety of work — one day you may be cataloging antiques and collectibles, the next day handling business liquidations, vehicles, tools, or equipment.
📸 Photograph & catalog a diverse range of items
📝 Write accurate, clear descriptions for online auctions
📦 Organize items on-site (barns, warehouses, homes, estates, and galleries)
💻 Use Apple devices/auction software to upload listings (Apple product knowledge is required for this role)
🚗 Travel to auction sites — position is based in Greenbrier County, WV and Mecklenburg County, NC (Charlotte), with coverage extending from Washington, D.C. to Greenville, SC
🔒 Handle consignor property with care and confidentiality (training provided)
Who We’re Looking For
We need someone who:
Is comfortable with a random, changing schedule and can adapt quickly
Has solid Apple product knowledge (iPhone, iPad) — this is a must
Isn’t afraid to learn new things (full training on auction processes provided)
Can work in different environments (from a dusty barn to a gallery-style auction)
Is detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
Is physically able to move items up to 50 lbs safely (reasonable accommodations available if needed)
Has a valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
Can work occasional evenings or weekends as auction schedules require
Wants to build a long-term career in a growing company
