Comfy Nest Homecare is looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Operations Manager to join our growing homecare team!
The Operations Manager will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensure our clients receive high-quality, reliable care.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee client admissions and intake
• Coordinate referrals and community outreach
• Recruit, interview, and onboard staff
• Manage staff scheduling and coverage
• Monitor compliance with agency policies and state requirements
• Support quality assurance and client satisfaction
• Communicate with clients, families, staff, and referral partners
• Help ensure smooth daily operations of the agency
🔹 We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✅ Has strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Is organized and able to multitask
✅ Has experience in healthcare, homecare, social services, or a related field
✅ Can work independently and as part of a team
✅ Is professional, dependable, and solution-oriented
