We are down to the last few cases of this wine family favorite.

2019 was a cool weather year (coldest October in Idaho history) and this Syrah was light bodied and full of bright red fruit notes when it was first released. With nearly 7 years of aging, it has developed beautiful depth in its own time and is one we are truly proud of. So glad you have loved it with us.

One last fun fact about this wine - at 28 days, it holds the Jovinea cellar record for taking the longest time to ferment. That is 28 days of skin contact! Most reds are on their skins for 7-14 days. Quite the over achiever, isn’t it?
