The following message was posted by a resident in our first due after we assisted them with water in their basement this week. We the officers and members of Junction Fire Co say thank you to this individual for the positive feedback. :

A huge THANK YOU to the Junction Fire Company 🚒🧑‍🚒!

We are so grateful for coming and getting the water out of our basement after today's storms. Your willingness to step in and help with the cleanup during a stressful situation means so much to us!

Finally we have some exciting news to pass along to you all. At 3:31 pm on 6-8-26 the Nuthouse family grew by 1 as Firefighter Ethan Ross and his girlfriend Alauna welcomed to the world a healthy baby boy weighing in at 8 lb 5 oz and 21 inches tall is Paxton Cole Ross. Alauna and Paxton are both doing well. Congratulations Ethan and Alauna we all can’t wait to meet Paxton.

Your Voulnteers responded to numerous calls yesterday. Elevator rescue, med calls, police assist and a structure fire.

Kish Apartments for the elevator rescue. Rescue’s crew staged then got placed in service.

Both med boxes were back to back in the 15-20 box.

Police assist was down Hawstone road for an unattended fire. Rescue and Squad extinguished the fire for PD.

Structure fire was in Juanita County on William Penn Highway. Rescue was originally a transfer rig, as responding to that command wanted 2 additional engines which bumped the Rescue to the scene.
