Maple Banana Rum Sundaes

1/3 cup Minehart Gap Maple Syrup 1/4 cup dark rum
2 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream 6 small bananas, peeled
2 Tbsp chopped pecans, toasted. 1 tsp butter

Cut bananas in half crosswise then lengthwise, set aside. Combine Minehart Gap Maple Syrup, rum and butter in a large skillet, bring to a simmer. Add banana pieces, and cook 30 seconds turn banana pieces over, and cook an additional 30 seconds. Arrange 4 banana pieces on each of 6 dessert plates, top each with 1/3 cup ice cream, 1 Tbsp sauce, and 1 tsp pecans.

Maple Coffee Skimmer
by Cornell
2 tsp instant coffee powder
1¾ cups water
1 can (14½ oz) evaporated skim milk
2 Tbsp Minehart Gap Maple Syrup
Dissolve all ingredients together. Stir. Serve over coffee ice cubes.
Serves 5.

Minehart Maple Lemonade:

3 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 Tablespoons Minehart Gap Maple Syrup
ice
1 cup of water

Fill cup 2/3 way with ice, add lemon juice and Minehart Gap Maple Syrup water, mix with spoon or straw, enjoy.

On 7/20 when I opened Facebook and a post, the very first post that I came to, brought a tear to my eye. It hit me hard and I had to do something, to benefit Stephanie Mack and her daughters.

Today, after work I opened Facebook and a post, the very first post that I came to, brought a tear to my eye. It hit me hard and I had to do something, so I bought tickets for a raffle that is to benefit Stephanie Mack and her daughters. I hope that you all do too.
