It is with excitement that we announce the promotion of Monsalve from Senior Revenue Manager to Vice President of Revenue Management for HMC. 🎉

Francine joined HMC in November 2025, as we transitioned the 41-hotel Wyndham portfolio into our management company. In a relatively short period of time, she has proven to be an incredible asset to our organization—not only within Revenue Management, but across Sales & Marketing, Operations, Accounting, and virtually every discipline she touches. She brings 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including 25 years specializing in revenue management.

In her new role as Vice President of Revenue Management, Francine will bring that same level of leadership, knowledge, expertise, and strategic thinking to all HMC-managed hotels. As our portfolio continues to grow and evolve, she will lead our Revenue Management discipline and work closely with our Operations, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, and property teams to maximize performance throughout the organization.

Our final day at HMC’s Annual Conference last week, brought together an incredible mix of vendors, corporate staff, collaboration, and connection. We wrapped up two impactful days of learning, networking, and sharing ideas with a fun team-building challenge at a beautiful local winery.

It’s amazing how much we packed into just two days while still making time to strengthen/build relationships and enjoy the experience together.

Already looking forward to next year!

Our first full day of learning at HMC’s Annual Conference last week was packed with valuable insights, engaging speakers, and great opportunities to connect as a team.

We kicked off the day with an inspiring opening from HMC President John O’Connor, before diving into interactive team-building activities that had everyone energized and engaged from the start.

The afternoon sessions flew by, wrapping up with an open Town Hall where attendees submitted anonymous questions throughout the day and our Corporate team had the opportunity to answer them directly and transparently.

That evening, everyone came together for dinner before celebrating the night with our 2025 Annual Awards — recognizing the incredible people who make HMC successful every day.

Continuing our Annual Conference last week, we kicked things off Monday evening with a Welcome Reception in the Cypress Room, overlooking the property’s beautiful pool area.

It was a great way to begin the week — bringing everyone together to connect, and enjoy an evening filled with great food, drinks, live music, and even better conversation. Events like these remind us how valuable it is to step away from the day-to-day and spend time building relationships across our teams and properties.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening such a success. We’re looking forward to sharing more highlights from the conference in the days ahead!

Last week, we brought together our General Managers and Sales Teams from across our managed hotels for the HMC Annual Conference at the beautiful Fredericksburg Inn & Suites in Fredericksburg, Texas.

Our conference was filled with inspiring corporate speakers, valuable training sessions, team-building activities, vendor showcases, great swag, and plenty of opportunities to learn, connect, and have fun together.
