Earlier this week, BAHS Group shared that healthy teams grow when people are supported, challenged, encouraged to ask for help, and given room to develop.

This week, we got to put that philosophy into practice in a new way as BAHS Group officially kicked off its first week of Clinical Supervision for Texas LMSWs! 💚

Supervision with Stas is about more than completing the hours required for independent licensure. It is an opportunity to develop clinical judgment, wrestle with ethical questions, explore different perspectives, strengthen your professional identity, and prepare for the realities of clinical practice.

And just like any strong team, growth requires an environment where it is safe to ask questions, receive thoughtful feedback, challenge assumptions, and keep learning.

We are excited to welcome our first supervisees and to see where this next chapter takes them. 🌱

💚 Happy Birthday, Molly! 🎉 (For the record, Molly is not the dog pictured here!) 😂 But when one of BAHS Group’s dedicated Account Directors has a birthday, the whole team shows up to celebrate, including, apparently, the support staff for our support staff. 🐾

Molly brings dedication, positivity, and genuine care to the practices she supports and to the BAHS Group team. We are incredibly grateful for everything she does behind the scenes to keep things moving, help our clients succeed, and make our team stronger.

We realize we've been quiet over the last few weeks until now (our team has some major ⚽ fans in the house!). 🌎 As we reflect on the final World Cup matches, we wanted to share a few lessons that stood out to us and how they connect to our work at BAHS Group.
