Our sensory guru Tony Holding up a barrel top - BDAS logo pictured and with a few key Gin and Cachaça bottles in forefront in the UV-vis Spectroscopy and Sensory Preparation Lab.

This three tone - three shades of grey image was created via me making a Action set for Photoshop following another set of instructions in a quick on-line tutorial. However, I made this a Smart Object replaceable figure gem as an Action. Once formed, the Smart Object can used to place another image which can be edited to perfection - though the Action can be used to generate a fresh start as well.

The original tutorial did not note the possibility of Smart Objects so following that approach would require that all the steps be repeated for each new image.

Proud to note that a group we work with on analytics presented on Tequila at a recent conference. Tony provided the most input on the BDAS side of things - the other group did the main testing. Happy to have been a part of this ongoing project and need to test beverages to learn more about their aroma cloud profiles.
