Earlier this year I was asked to speak to my church about how the church could become more inclusive. This morning I learned that some of the thing we discussed were incorporated into the new children’s library. Now there is a safe, sensory friendly, quiet space for those who need to escape. Who is next? I would love to come talk to your church or organization about inclusivity and neurodiverse affirming practices.

As summer comes to a close I am looking to both expand my parent coaching clients (specifically working moms of neurodivergent kids and moms navigating co-parenting) and educational advocacy clients (504s, IEPs, school selection, disciplinary issues/behavior improvement plans). Thanks to technology I am able to work with families all over the US! I offer individual sessions and packages.

I am also always looking for opportunities to lead professional development and training on:

✏️ Neurodiverse affirming schools and organizations
✏️ Building authentic family partnerships

Meet the Founder and CEO of Spires Strategies- Stephanie Aschmann Spires M.Ed.

❤️ Stephanie is the mom of five neurodivergent children. In addition to scaling a business to help others, she is navigating therapy and medical appointments, 504s and IEPs, and calls from teachers.

❤️ Stephanie earned her undergrad degrees, a BA in Secondary Education Social Studies and BS in Political Science, along with her MS in Higher Education Policy from the University of Kentucky. She also obtained her family life coaching coursework and certification through NC State.

❤️ Stephanie founded Spires Strategies to help families advocate for and support their children. She also works with schools, churches, and organizations that serve children to improve their customer service delivery increasing family engagement and inclusivity.

❤️ Stephanie loves her UK Wildcats, but growing up in Knoxville, she can still sometimes be caught singing “Rocky Top.”
