Summer can feel overwhelming for moms of neurodivergent children—especially while balancing work, routines, camps, transitions, and the constant mental load.

Parent coaching can help you create calmer routines, reduce stress, and build a summer that works for your whole family.

A few summer coaching spots are now open for executive moms and parents navigating special needs, school transitions, and burnout.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. 💛

Mother’s Day looks different when you’re raising a child with unique needs.

It’s the late-night worry, the endless advocacy, the calendar juggling, the emotional labor no one sees, and the fierce love that never clocks out.

To the mothers leading meetings while managing meltdowns.
To the moms answering emails from waiting rooms.
To the women carrying both leadership and caregiving with grace and grit.

You are doing extraordinary work — at home, in schools, in workplaces, and in the quiet moments no one applauds.

Today, I hope you give yourself the same compassion you so freely give everyone else.

Happy Mother’s Day to the mothers, caregivers, advocates, and nurturers who continue showing up with strength and love every single day. 💐

I’m passionate about creating spaces where women and children are seen, supported, and empowered—especially in education, advocacy, leadership, and mental wellness.

I’m currently seeking speaking opportunities for conferences, schools, organizations, women’s groups, podcasts, and leadership events focused on topics including:

• Parenting and advocacy for children with special needs
• Women balancing leadership, career, and caregiving
• Neurodiversity-affirming practices in schools and communities
• Family-school partnerships and educational advocacy
• Supporting executive moms and caregiver wellness
• Inclusive leadership and communication
• Empowering parents to navigate educational systems with confidence

My goal is always to provide practical strategies, authentic conversation, and meaningful encouragement that audiences can immediately apply in their personal and professional lives.

If your organization is looking for a speaker, panelist, workshop facilitator, or podcast guest, I’d love to connect.

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to talk to members at Second Presbyterian Church, Lexington KY about how the church could become more neurodiverse affirming and welcoming. Check out this email I received…

Hi Stephanie,

I wanted to let you know that I talked to a friend who is neurodivergent and has collected fidget toys since 2016. She sent me some recommendations, and I got some keychain pop-it toys and donated them Sunday for the kid bags.

One tiny bit more friendly at Second!

All the best,

——————-

Notes like these are why I do what I do! I love working with schools, churches, and organizations that serve children and families.

Preventing Child Abuse is a cause that is important to me. I spent 11 years as a foster parent, adopting four children. I continue to mentor foster families and teach foster parent trainings through a partnership with the UK College of Social Work. Sadly, Kentucky continues to lead the nation in child abuse and neglect. There is more work to do! But on Friday, we recognized the amazing work of the Children's Advocacy Center of the Bluegrass and planted pinwheels in honor of Kentucky’s children.

As educators, we’re being called to do more than support students—we’re being called to truly understand them.

Neurodivergent students aren’t “misbehaving,” “unmotivated,” or “behind.” They are communicating needs, navigating environments not designed for them, and showing us—every day—where our systems can grow.

It’s time to move beyond compliance-based approaches and step into neurodivergence-affirming practices that actually work.

✨ Imagine your school or classroom with:
• Fewer behavior escalations—and more meaningful engagement
• Students who feel safe, seen, and understood
• Practical strategies that support executive functioning, sensory needs, and communication differences
• A team that feels confident (not overwhelmed) supporting diverse learners

This is the focus of my professional development sessions for schools and educators.

Together, we shift from:
🚫 “How do we fix this student?”
➡️ To: “How do we support this learner?”

Whether you’re a classroom teacher, school leader, or district team, I provide actionable, real-world strategies you can implement immediately—without adding more to your already full plate.

📚 Topics include:
• Neurodiversity-affirming classroom practices
• Rethinking behavior through a regulation lens
• Supporting executive functioning in real time
• Partnering with families in meaningful, respectful ways

💬 Let’s build learning environments where all students can thrive—not just survive.

📅 Now booking professional development for summer and the upcoming school year.

Comment “PD” or message me to learn more about bringing this training to your school or district.

Executive women are masters at leading teams, managing strategy, and driving results.

But when you’re also the mom of a child with special needs, the leadership demands don’t stop at the office door.

Boardrooms. IEP meetings. Performance reviews. Therapy appointments.
You’re expected to excel in all of it.

And yet—who supports you?

If you are a high-achieving professional navigating motherhood in the special needs space, parent coaching offers:

✨ Strategic decision-making support
✨ Advocacy confidence in school and medical settings
✨ Boundaries that protect your time and energy
✨ A confidential space to process the emotional weight
✨ Alignment between your leadership identity and your parenting role

You don’t need generic parenting advice.
You need coaching that understands executive pressure, complex systems, and the emotional realities of raising a child with additional needs.

You’ve built success in your career with intention and strategy.
You deserve the same level of support in your parenting journey.

If this resonates, let’s connect.

Because strong leaders still need space to be supported.

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual—especially when you’re raising a child with unique needs. 💛

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure of your next steps, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Parent coaching provides personalized support, practical strategies, and a safe space to process the challenges and celebrate the wins.

You deserve guidance, clarity, and confidence on this journey.

Message to learn how coaching can support you and your family. 🌿
