Bravo Consulting Co is a growing small business specializing in marketing, advertising, political campaign management and hotel revenue management. Bravo Co. guides a business through the journey of telling their story and strengthening their brand awareness through a hands-on approach.
In this role, you will work directly with one of our top clients to manage their marketing needs. This includes managing day to day communication, overseeing their digital marketing strategies, writing copy for social media and other platforms, maintaining their website including updates and SEO and proactively identifying other areas to help them achieve their goals.

We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Client Relations Manager to foster positive relationships with current and future clients, maximizing revenue goals through effective marketing initiatives.
To be successful as a Client Relations Manager you must be friendly, have strong communication skills, and be able to work independently utilizing strong time management skills.
This is a part-time position with a time commitment of 10-15 hours per week with a potential for long-term, full-time employment. Benefits include profit-share bonus, referral bonus, and paid holidays with a flexible remote work schedule.
Responsibilities:
โ Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral.
โ Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases.
โ Support the client with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
โ Evaluate digital marketing performance for Google ads and social media and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
โ Maintain the clientโs website ensuring all proper SEO is in place, updating content as needed.
โ Develop relationships with clients and key personnel within their professional networks.
โ Conduct monthly marketing calls with clients to establish their needs, map out their strategies for the upcoming month including digital marketing and social media, and review the past monthโs strategy performance.
โ Create follow up action plans to address clientsโ business needs.
โ Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.
