Eagle Summit Resources, LLC, is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives for our mining operations in Southern West Virginia. This position would be located in Boone County, West Virginia and Raleigh County, West Virginia. This role partners closely with site leadership to drive workforce strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen labor relations, and foster a safe and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of employment law, benefits and compensation, payroll, and multi-site HR leadership experience.

Interested candidates should have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent experience in the industry.
• 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in mining, heavy industrial construction, or manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• ADP experience, preferred.

On March 14th, Eagle Summit Resources CEO Michael Day joined Interior Secretary Doug Burgum, EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin, Export Import Bank Chairman John Jovanovic, and Senior Government Officials from the United States and 17 Asian countries at the Indo-Pacific Energy Security Ministerial and Business Forum (IPEM) in Tokyo, Japan. Mr. Day addressed the forum about exporting high quality American coal to growing Asian markets as well as all the efforts the Trump Administration is doing to support the domestic industry. Eagle Summit Resources would like to thank the White House Energy Dominance Council, USTDA, and the host country of Japan for a successful forum.
