The landmark 21st Century Road to Housing Act is poised to become law at midnight on Friday.

Key provisions of the bill include:
· Modernizing manufactured housing (a HUGE win for KY)
· Restricting corporate buyers
· Zoning reform
· Cutting regulatory red tape
· Expanding mortgage access

It will take some time to implement the changes, but this bill is a major step forward towards the change Kentuckians need. MBAKY was proud to advocate for this bill and encourage our representatives to support it as well.
