How The Process Works:

•Ducks are dropped off & go into freezer storage.
•Once a customers project comes up on the schedule the customer is notified that work will begin soon.
PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THIS PART!
If the customer has not received a txt or call that work is about to begin it means it is not your turn, your ducks are in freezer storage, & there is no update present. Work will NEVER begin on your project without making contact with you first.
•When a customer’s project is complete you will be notified when the project is ready for pickup.

Due to the large volume of projects this shop handles the frequent “just checking on my bird” messages are highly disruptive to the flow of production.

To everyone who understands & respects how hard this shop works every single day thank you for following the process and allowing 100% of the focus to be placed on completing projects with the highest quality.

Green wing trio on custom cedar driftwood base. Originally all 3 birds were planned to be flying however shot damage would not allow. This design was built to showcase the birds beauty and minimize visibility of shot damage. Every bird in this shop goes through a full inspection before getting mounted ensuring customer satisfaction. This mount will be hung on the wall.
