Concerning trends!

Despite lower poverty overall, the rate for seniors has been steadily rising in recent years. A new AARP survey sheds light on how those over 50 are struggling in the crucial time before retirement.

This September, Phoenix Senior Living communities are coming together for a special PSL Pays It Forward project in partnership with Atlanta Mission—and we’re inviting our families, friends, associates and community partners to join us!

Throughout the month, we’re hosting a Refurnish Project Drive benefiting My Sister’s House, Atlanta Mission’s shelter serving women and children as they work toward stability, independence and a fresh start.

Using the QR code on the attached flyer, you can purchase items from our curated wish list to help us refresh and renovate living spaces at My Sister’s House.

Even better? Every item purchased will be shipped directly to Atlanta Mission, and in October, members of the PSL Home Office team will roll up their sleeves and personally help install the items and transform these spaces.

At Phoenix Senior Living, we believe a safe, welcoming space can be an important part of beginning again—and together, we have an opportunity to create just that.

If you feel called to support this project, scan the QR code on the flyer to shop the wish list and help us make a house feel a little more like home. ❤️

What a great way to serve other seniors! We are volunteering in this way, have done so for over a year—they make it simple, easy, and only ask for a little time each month.

Join us in serving!!

We are looking for a few more volunteers to deliver a monthly food box to seniors. If you are interested in more information, please contact Jennifer Garland at the Lexington Senior Center.
Thank you!

Glad to partner with an amazing colleague! And we know we can trust the advisors at Edward Jones. They are the national sponsor of the Walk to End Alzheimers—they stand with us in understanding our aging concerns and how to be financially prepared for whatever lies ahead!

The open house today was a great celebration!
