UPDATE 5/16 - Beef prices ARE CLIMBING now and will continue to climb this year with the lowest cattle herd size in decades. We grind fresh, only whole muscle beef Mon-Fri in our USDA production room.

We grind beef the exact same way as my grandfather did 60 years ago. Higher quality than what you find any grocery or wholesale warehouse.

We are kicking off Lent with some fish specials. Cod prices have had a tremendous run up so I snagged this over run deal. This 2/3oz cod pieces can be fried, baked, or air fried. These would normally run over $50 per case.

Thank you everyone for your patience with us as we made it through being closed for a few days as we completely changed over our computer software. With it we’ve had some major changes.

We want to bid a fond farewell to our DOT matrix printer and 4 part invoices. We have printed over 1 million invoices since we added this kind of printing and computers back in the 80’s.
