How long will it take to get your signs? It takes any where from 5 to 10 business days after you approve the sign layout, estimated price quote and when we receive your down payment on larger orders, and for small orders your full payment before we can get stated. My advice to you is if you are on a time frame and need your signs by a certain date, please get it to us ASAP. We've been pretty busy this year and it's first come first served. All our Customers are important to us and we will do our very best to accommodate your schedule and needs.

Understanding the difference between JPEG and PDF files, and why if you already have a logo PDF FILES are preferred.

JPEG is generally a graphic image file whereas a PDF is a document file. This is the main difference between the two formats. ... This is simply because JPEG is a compression method. A PDF file preserves the original layout of any document but also leaves the different parts of the document open to editing.

If you bring me a JPEG file, yes I can use it, but there will be a "recreation" artwork charge that starts at $15.00 min. That charge is based on an hourly rate. (This is a very reasonable rate)

Logo Creation with purchase of Signs are NORMALLY free, we consider it part of the service we offer. However, this depends on how complicated your logo becomes and how long it takes.
