Call our Cadets Pitbull the way they went worldwide!

CDT Zelenak and CDT Mitchell participated in CTLT (Cadet Troop Leader Training) this summer. CDT Mitchell flew to South Korea following camp to join a Medical Service unit at Camp Casey. Following camp, CDT Zelenak flew to Alaska to join a Logistics unit at JBER.

What is CTLT?
CTLT is a program that allows Cadets to shadow Platoon Leaders and gain hands-on, real-world leadership experience.

Congratulations to both of these outstanding Cadets!

This can be you!

Zero Week Day 2 is in the books!

Today, Cadets participated in information briefings led by our MSIV class, which included an introduction to Drill and Ceremony, PRT, Chain of Command and grooming standards, a welcome brief, in-processing, and the waist-to-height ratio.

Following the briefs, Cadets got familiar with the AFT events before ending the day with a night out at LexLive for some bowling!

Tomorrow is the AFT! We hope to see you bright and early in the morning!

Welcome to the team!

The Wildcat Battalion would like to welcome all of our brand-new cadets and their families to Zero Week!

This three-day experience, from August 17th to 19th, allows new cadets to become familiar with Army ROTC and everything we, as the Wildcat Battalion, have to offer. We highly encourage new cadets to attend—not only to learn more about the program, but also to meet other cadets who will be joining alongside them. These are the people you’ll see every day for the next four years of your Army ROTC career!

We hope to see you at Zero Week! You can find a full list of events in this Instagram post, as well as contact information if you have any questions or concerns.
