Blackburn Carrollton Waverly we will be putting in a new switch. This will take place between 12-1 it should be a 10 min or less outage if you do not come online after this swap please power cycle your equipment. Dear TurboNet customers, Unfortunately, this blizzard is causing unpredictable equipment, wireless signal, and power challenges. Weather significantly affects wireless connections that can lead to disruptions in service. While these interruptions are often temporary in typical weather situations, unprecedented storms for our area cause more of a challenge to predict an eta for return of service. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide fast and consistent wireless broadband service, and appreciate our wonderful customers and their patience as we work in freezing temps to troubleshoot these problems.
