The transition of Bluegrass Tool & Industrial into S & K Industrial is officially underway. We’ve begun migrating accounts and updating systems as part of our 90-day consolidation period running from April 1 to June 30, 2025.

Effective July 1, 2025, all business will be conducted through S & K Industrial.

Customers and vendors are encouraged to begin using S&K Industrial for all orders, communications, and payments. Our team is here to ensure a smooth transition, and we appreciate your continued partnership.

Innovation in motion - check out S & K Industrial!

Our team recently completed a project supporting Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) with a custom-engineered solution to enhance efficiency and workflow. We designed and fabricated 20 AMR support stands, including both stationary and movable configurations, to seamlessly integrate with an automated material handling process. To optimize performance, we provided and installed wireless sensors, a PLC system, and a gateway network, ensuring precise AMR presence detection and smooth operation.
