Ajax has been involved with construction projects that include the full spectrum of product types including hotels, residential projects, medical facilities, schools, retail, industrial and office buildings. Ajax has a very hands-on management style and believes in close coordination during pre-construction and heavy on site presence during the construction phase. As a service provider, we manage the permitting, development and construction of complex projects on behalf of our clients. While our development management team is based in New England, AJAX manages projects throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico.
