Happy Anniversary, Luke Honaker!
Twenty-two years ago, Bybee, Kentucky native, Luke Honaker, started his career with Team Lexington. Since then, his journey has encompassed almost every aspect of the auction industry.
He started in the role of a Condition Report Writer and was promoted to Arbitration and Safety delegate a mere six months later. After which, he assumed the CR supervisory role at a sister auction and quickly moved up the ranks to manage the Mechanic Shop and then the Specialty Sale… a segment of the industry that he finds particularly interesting.
In 2012, Luke returned to ADESA Lexington to assume the role of Fleet Lease Manager. Then, in 2022, he accepted his current position as General Sales Manager.
His extensive mechanical expertise, influential guidance, and his desire for everyone to succeed has made him an integral part of our business.
While he enjoys the fast pace and constant change of the auction industry, Luke says that he values the relationships with customers and colleagues the most. “I’m fortunate to work with great people”, he says.

It’s been a privilege to work alongside someone who brings so much dedication, professionalism, and positivity every day. When not at work, you can find Luke spending time with his family or starting and/or completing one of the many projects around his family farm.
