We’re thrilled to celebrate nine
years of impeccable service from Rob Race, our Security Team Lead.
Rob’s meticulous attention to detail, welcoming demeanor, and calm-under-pressure troubleshooting skills make him an invaluable asset to our team. Drawing from his military service in the United States Air Force and an extensive background in commercial security, Rob has championed numerous internal improvements that have elevated our customer experience.
Operations Manager Lena Gardner says "Rob cares deeply about the work he does and the people he works with. He's the first to smile and say hello, and wants to build relationships with everyone he meets. That's not easy to find in today's busy world, and we're glad he's on the team!”
Though he has lived in eleven different states, Rob calls Cincinnati, Ohio, home. He brings a genuine love for community to his role every day, and says, “Meeting people from all walks of life is one of my favorite parts of the job.”
Upbeat, approachable, and highly knowledgeable about the industry, Rob is a deeply trusted resource for both colleagues and customers. He truly lives by his daily mantra: “Don’t let bad things ruin your day.”
