The Living Estate of William Bell, 214 Bennette St, Eutawville, SC 29048. This house is right on Lake Marion and full to the brim with treasures! There is an entire house including furniture, appliances, wood stove, brand new still in box candles, bar memorabilia -gamecock, budweiser, posters, small fridge, small stand up freezer, old fishing lures, antique fishing lures, 3 out buildings full, fishing poles, tools, tool boxes, mechanic tools, entire wall with shelves full of car parts, stage lighting and much more... I will be setting up next weekend, a lot of stuff I didn't get to see, pictures will be put online Monday before the sale. This place is 7 miles from Santee, 1 hour and 20 minutes from the Auction house and definitely worth the drive! Preview will be one hour before the start of the sale, Bring your chairs!
