Carrie Downey is the founder of CLARITY CO., a consulting firm that helps businesses work smarter by building better systems. With dual Master’s degrees in Social Work and Public Administration, she began her career as a trauma therapist before following her passion for efficiency and digital strategy.

Since 2014, she’s helped organizations nationwide streamline workflows and boost productivity through monday.com, creating customized solutions that foster both clarity and collaboration. Now based in Lexington, Carrie is a wife of 25 years, mom to two driven daughters, and a leader who believes: “If there’s a will, there’s a way.”

Less than ⅓ of the workforce in tech related fields are women.

We see fewer women in tech.

And most tech-related jobs don’t give women the flexibility they need to also raise families.

Sometimes we have to build what we don’t see.

I launched Clarity Co 10 years ago and have built an all-female team.

Which means providing women with opportunities and flexible work schedules.

When we set up monday.com for teams part of our work is to demo how it is going to help them.

I've been working on a custom designed CRM for a nonprofit organization that has some unique needs. After I demoed it for their team, I received this feedback which of course made me smile!

Mission was accomplished!
