After more than 30 years of building, leading, and pouring everything into this company… today marks a day we truly never thought we would see.

A day that many of our employees have quietly dreaded… but one we are also excited to celebrate. Kim and Craig have officially decided to step back and enter a new season of life.

This decision didn’t come easy, but it’s something that has been thoughtfully considered as they look forward to slowing down, spending more time with their kids and grandkid(s), and enjoying the life they’ve worked so hard to build.

Together, they’ve built this company on hard work, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Craig’s work ethic is second to none, and Kim has been the steady force behind the scenes keeping everything moving.

As part of this transition, they’ve decided to pass more leadership and ownership responsibilities down to their kids, who have already stepped into larger leadership roles within the company. While they won’t be far, they are allowing the next generation to continue building on the foundation they’ve created. Don’t worry - the family feel of Double S Dirt Works isn’t going anywhere!

Please join us in congratulating Kim and Craig on this exciting new chapter. It’s well deserved, and we are incredibly grateful for everything they’ve poured into this company.

And if you’re still reading this… you’ve officially been pranked.
APRIL FOOLS!😆 Kim and Craig aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. (You should've known better!)

As the company has grown, she’s been able to pass some of those roles on to other team members, but her leadership and dedication continue to guide our company forward. Keep reading to learn more about her!
