Today marks 25 years since 9/11, a day that forever reshaped our nation and the public‑safety community. We honor the lives lost, the families impacted, and the responders who ran toward danger with courage that continues to inspire us.

At TUSA Consulting, we remain committed to strengthening the systems that protect responders and the communities they serve. The lessons of 9/11 continue to guide our work: resilience, interoperability, clarity in communication, and unwavering support for those on the front lines.

We remember. We honor. We continue the mission.

Memorial Day reminds us that the freedoms we enjoy were paid for by heroes who put country above self. Today, we honor those who never returned home — the service members whose courage shaped our history and protected our future.
As we gather with family and friends, may we hold space for the families who carry an empty seat at the table. May we live in a way that reflects the gratitude we feel for those who gave their lives so we could live ours in peace.
We remember. We honor. We are grateful.

As we observe National Police Week, we pause to reflect on the courage and sacrifice of law enforcement professionals across our nation. Their service reminds us that safety is not a guarantee; it’s a daily act of dedication. To every officer past and present: your commitment to duty and community is deeply appreciated and never forgotten. 💙 TUSA Consulting Services wants to thank you for your sacrifice, your strength, and your steadfast commitment to keeping us safe.

TUSA honors the firefighters who gave their lives in service, answering every call with courage, conviction, and an unwavering commitment to protect others. Their sacrifice is woven into the fabric of our communities, a reminder that true heroism lives in those who run toward danger when others run away. Today and always, we remember their bravery, we speak their names, and we carry forward the legacy they built through service, compassion, and extraordinary strength.

Everyone needs to support these two initiatives! Thank you to NENA and APCO for pushing them along.

COMMENTARY | Legislation is on the table to improve the technology that call centers rely on, and better classify the workforce. The need for action is urgent.
