If you're a seasoned Reiki lover and enjoy the pure relaxation, calming space and lighter feeling you feel when you get to pause and increase your self-awareness this is for you too!

We run businesses, raise families, care for others we love, have a service-based heart and there are times when we need support ourselves. When we crave relaxation, to release what we're carrying internally that feels heavy and hard and a moment to reconnect back to our heartbeat. Our stillness. The natural hum of our bodies. To be there for no one other than yourself.

It is an honor to be part of an amazing lineup of women in wellness at the Selfcare Retreat at Birchwood Holistic Health, LLC next Saturday to facilitate a nourishing safe space for you to do just that.

The lineup speakers for this refreshing afternoon will give you a direct connection back to your body - mentally, physically and emotionally through Yoga, Reiki, journaling and helpful techniques on mindset and self-compassion.

Kristin Summers will start us off with techniques to grind with gratitude personally and professionally and how that can impact your everyday life.

I will kick off the second part with powerful journaling techniques that can be easily implemented and how impactful journaling is to our health and healing.

Erin Gardner will get us gently moving with Yoga while I follow it up full circle with Reiki and a moment of stillness as we come together to finish.

You’ll leave feeling refreshed and inspired in your life and your business while also armed with techniques that will help you personally and professionally.

It would be an honor to see you there. To support you in connecting with others and most importantly reconnecting with yourself.
