We are thrilled to welcome Gavin Martens to the Victory Sign Co. team this summer!

Gavin joins us from right here in Kansas City, bringing an incredible work ethic and a massive passion for art, design, creating, and building. If you’ve been around our shop lately, you’ve probably already seen his creativity in action.

Gavin’s impressive track record speaks for itself:

🎓 KC Local: 2025 graduate of The Lutheran High School of Kansas City (where he was a 3-sport varsity athlete!).

🦅 Leader: Earned his Eagle Scout rank in 2024.

📚 Future Pro: Heading into his sophomore year at Concordia University (Seward, NE) as a Graphic Arts & Computer Science student.

When he’s not studying, he stays incredibly busy playing on the Concordia Bulldogs Tennis Team, singing in the Men’s Choir, and prepping for his new role as a Resident Assistant (RA) this fall.
