Gray Saunders and I took the opportunity to demonstrate the new Aputure Infinimat capabilities to our good friends at Production Consultants and Equipment a few days ago. It’s no secret that in our opinion PC&E is still the heart and soul of Atlanta’s production community. Jon Omps and Sarah Clayton in the rental department as well as company president, Garret Murck, should all know that they have complete access to our Infinimat for any project or customer that is asking about it’s availability. PC&E is the most complete rental house in the city. With excellent inventory, facilities and employees, it’s easily the best shop in town and quite honestly, the Southeast US. https://pce-atlanta.com/
Gray and I also brought the 8x8 LED monster over to the Volume set at 24 ATL Studios. Potential for the Infinimat is especially exciting with the prospect of using it in conjunction with the big LED wall. https://24atlstudios.com
Our good friend Jim Bridges at Type A Media expressed interest in the Infinimat. Gray and I have worked on many television projects for Jim’s production company over the years and hopefully the new light will be part of future projects. https://typeamedia.com
Tim Glover, an outstanding lighting cameraman and still photographer, was kind enough to take some time to join us at 24ATL to look at the light. It’s a well known fact that I’ve been stealing Tim’s set lighting ideas for over 3 decades. Tim told me that he thought this light might also be useful to top-tier still photographers. https://glovemanmedia.com
Hopefully the calendar will fill up with projects for us all. We’re ready.
