After a large water loss, this vintage baseball pinball machine was damaged and covered in debris. Our team carefully cleaned and restored each piece, paying close attention to the details to bring this sentimental item back to life.

We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator | The Pulse Behind the Project

Are you someone who gets real satisfaction from keeping moving parts organized, following through, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks? Do you take pride in helping others succeed?

As our Project Coordinator, you’ll serve as a critical support partner to our Repair Project Managers and field teams. Your work helps move jobs from estimate to completion by keeping documentation accurate, communication flowing, approvals progressing, and billing on track.

What You’ll Do
-Maintain and monitor repair jobs in our job management software
-Deliver a high level of customer service
-Track Work In Progress (WIP) and help ensure job records match actual project activity
-Identify bottlenecks and help drive resolution
-Send estimates to insurance adjusters and follow up on approvals
-Maintain consistent communication with homeowners
-Submit final documents and help track payment progress
-Prepare and send invoices, and conduct weekly follow-ups
-Support Repair Project Managers and field staff by keeping administrative details handled

This was a large commercial water loss, and our team was on site quickly, setting up drying systems, securing the space, and getting to work.
