🚨 Using the wrong tooling bond can cost you production, tooling life, and profits.

Here's a quick rule of thumb:

🟢 Soft Concrete (1-3 Mohs) → Hard Bond
🔵 Medium Concrete (4-6 Mohs) → Medium Bond
🔴 Hard Concrete (7-9 Mohs) → Soft Bond

And here's a mistake we see all the time:

⚠️ If you're NOT running a 30" Lavina Propane, you should typically be using single-bar tooling for better pressure, faster cutting, and improved production.
