We’re Hiring: International Recruiter (Visa Sponsorship & Global Talent Placement)

What You’ll Do:
✅ Recruit and onboard international candidates, particularly from Mexico and Latin America
✅ Coordinate travel logistics, visa documentation, and pre-arrival onboarding
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with both employers and workers
✅ Support workers for their first 90 days (airport pickup, local orientation, etc.)
✅ Collaborate with immigration attorneys and government agencies to ensure compliance

What You Bring:
🌟 2+ years in recruitment, staffing, or international hiring

Silent when a VP threatens you and other executives in your department.

Silent when a manager engaged in a relationship with a subordinate, compromising the integrity of leadership.

Silent when a manager invaded employee privacy by sifting through emails without consent.

Silence can feel safe. But in leadership, silence protects dysfunction, erodes trust, and allows toxicity to thrive. We can’t expect our teams to be brave if we aren’t brave ourselves.
