"I'm tired of hiring people who don't work out"😱
Lauren and I just created *the most* succinct and easy to use interview guide I've ever seen.
Yesterday we were on a call with a client and he was DREADING adding someone to the team because of all the things that could go wrong.. (as in the waste of time, money, and resources on someone if they end up being a bad fit).
So we figured we'd give him an easy way to make sure he hires the *RIGHT* person to start with.
And yes.. If you want it we're happy to share. Just comment "me please" in the next 48 hours and we'll have someone on the team send it over.
