As a favor to Golden Taipei, we are announcing that today, Monday, June 8th, they will be CLOSED until tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. The run was SO large this last weekend, they need time to pre-cook and assemble more ingredients. This includes runs to Denver for more ingredients, and necessary precooking steps. Sorry for the inconvenience and your understanding!

Well, folks, sometimes the sun goes 'round the moon! IT is finally here. What is it?? The Grand Opening of Golden Taipei at 220 E. Main Street in Limon! Owner and operator Lin Yufang is grateful to the Limon Community and extends thanks to the following individuals and businesses: Remodel Team: Bar 2 D Construction, Dave Brady, Jeremy Schumacher, Reggie Jeffords, Jose' Carrasco, Maximo Marquez, James Martin, and Nathan Davis. Additionally, Lin would like to thank all the local development and investor support seen by benefactors: Tim Andersen, Donna Metcalf, Troy McCue, Raejean Palko, Kurt Thompson, Sophia Chen, Candace Payne with Prairie Development Corporation and the Colorado Enterprise Fund. Lunch will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 6th. At 3:00 p.m. that same day there will be a special presentation by an authentic Asian performance team from Denver featuring a lion dance. During this busy early summer season, we are taking a moment to recognize some of the new businesses coming to Lincoln County. Today we would like to recognize the Main Boutique in Hugo Colorado. Located on the main downtown storefront district in town, Samantha White manages this fine establishment where antiques and collectibles are for sale by the store and others through consignment. Also available are drinks, shakes and even soft serve ice cream! Congratulations to the White family and the Main Boutique. We are so glad to have you as a new business in Lincoln County!

Colorado Division of Housing will be in Limon from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Limon Community Building providing an educational workshop on the latest resources for housing development.
