Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. provided survey, civil engineering, and environmental services for the new Pelican Brewpub in Siletz Bay, located right at the Bay’s edge along Highway 101. HHPR developed preliminary layouts for the main site, frontage improvements, pedestrian crossing, and auxiliary parking areas and prepared schematic design and construction drawings for permitting.

The Lolo Pass Project included 5-miles of roadway improvements and bank stabilization work along the Sandy River with construction being completed in 2022.  HHPR provided full services for the project including engineering, survey, environmental permitting and documentation, landscape architecture, as well as construction management assistance to Clackamas County. The project was completed for Clackamas County DTD and was funded in part through Western Federal Lands.

HHPR is providing civil engineering services for multiple schools as part of Canby School District’s bond work. Recent work at Canby High School is moving along quickly. The work includes extensive improvements to the school, including demolishing a portion of the existing building to construct a new 35,000 SF classroom wing. HHPR design included new site layout, fire access routes, stormwater design, staff parking area, and extensive utility coordination within a constrained corridor.
