The 2027 Extension Risk Management Education (ERME) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is now available!

The North Central Extension Risk Management Education Center is seeking innovative, producer-focused projects that help agricultural producers better manage production, marketing, financial, legal, and human risks. This grant opportunity is available for educational programs that deliver measurable results and strengthen the long-term success of farms and ranches across the North Central Region.

Save the Date for the 2027 Extension Risk Management Education National Conference - April 13-15, 2027 in Baltimore, MD at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards. The conference will bring together public and private sector educators, crop insurance agents, lenders, and other agricultural professionals to share ongoing and emerging successful risk management education efforts that target farmers, ranchers and their families.

Congratulations to Dr. Homero Salinas of Lincoln University on being selected as the 2026 Outstanding Project Award winner with the North Central Extension Risk Management Education Center.

Each regional Extension Risk Management Education Center selects an Outstanding Project Award winner to be recognized at the National Conference in April of each year.
