Women’s Golf Day is about more than a single event, it’s about creating more opportunities for women to engage with the game at every level.

Across our portfolio, participation continues to grow, and we see a clear opportunity to do more.

At LGM, expanding the game is a priority. That includes supporting our courses in building welcoming environments, developing programming, and creating meaningful entry points for women in golf.

As we look ahead, our focus is simple: increase participation, strengthen engagement, and continue building a more inclusive game across the country.

The strongest partnerships in club management are built over time.

These recent contract extensions reflect more than operational success. They represent trusted relationships with owners, boards, members, and on-property teams.

At LGM, we believe great management combines local leadership with the support and resources of a national company. That balance helps clubs remain financially strong while continuing to elevate the member experience.

We’re proud to continue serving these properties for years to come. Learn more: https://f.mtr.cool/ycjakdmemc

This Memorial Day, we’re proud to take a step beyond recognition and into action.

Landscapes Golf Management is partnering with the On Course Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping veterans transition into meaningful careers in the golf industry.

As part of our Summer Solstice event on June 21:
• 100% of LGM corporate proceeds will be donated to the On Course Foundation
• 20% of proceeds from our managed courses will support the Foundation
• Remaining funds will stay local, supporting charities in each club’s community.

It’s a model designed to create impact at every level. Supporting veterans nationwide while continuing to invest in the communities our courses call home.

At LGM, success is not built one course at a time. It is scaled.

That is why we partner with Rob West Marketing Company, our preferred website developer, currently supporting 60% of LGM-managed properties. Their golf-specific expertise helps create stronger digital experiences, while their AEO partnership supports increased visibility as search continues to evolve.

By identifying what works and implementing it across our portfolio, LGM helps clubs benefit from proven solutions, consistent ex*****on, and a more competitive digital presence.

Opening earlier isn’t just a calendar decision. It’s a revenue strategy.

At Jackrabbit Run, LGM leadership identified an opportunity to advance the season by 5 weeks, aligning operations, staffing, and course readiness to make it happen.

The impact: $50,000 in additional, unbudgeted revenue.

This is what proactive management looks like. Not waiting for the season to start, but finding ways to create it.

If you're looking for a partner focused on maximizing performance at every level, we should talk.

What makes a golf property the right fit?

Mark Mattingly, our Executive Vice President, recently joined the Chicago Golf Report Podcast to share how LGM approaches growth, partnerships, and long-term success.

It starts with alignment on vision, expectations, and what success looks like for the property.

We’re not focused on adding properties. We’re focused on adding the right properties.

Developing strong leaders starts with investing in our people. LGM’s Leadership Academy creates intentional growth opportunities for course-level team members who are ready to broaden their skill set and deepen their understanding of the business.

This year-long experience dives into every area of operations, helping participants build perspective, confidence, and leadership capability. Many graduates go on to earn promotions at their home courses or step into new roles across other LGM-managed properties.

When we take care of each other and commit to development, performance follows.
