Landscapes Golf Management

Landscapes Golf Management Over the past three decades, we’ve managed golf courses, country clubs, resorts, and communities. Satisfied clients and objectives achieved.

The scope of our responsibilities varies from property to property, but the end results are always the same. Landscapes Golf Management (LGM) is proud to be part of the Landscapes Unlimited Family of Companies. Our story begins organically in the 1980s as Landscapes Unlimited grew from a golf development company into owning and operating a portfolio of 20+ courses and clubs. In 2007, we began offe

ring our expertise to owners outside the Landscapes portfolio, and Landscapes Golf Management was born. Today, LGM continues to build a robust infrastructure and high-performing team to support more than 60 properties across 24 states. Founded in 1976, Landscapes Unlimited is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA, and is regarded as the premier golf solutions provider in the world. The Landscapes Family of Companies has completed more than 2,000 construction, renovation, development, irrigation, management, and consulting projects across the globe.

Before building the budget, define what success looks like.

Does the facility need to break even? Generate additional revenue? Invest in improvements? The answer changes how the budget should be built and where resources should be allocated.

At LGM, understanding an owner’s goals comes first. The financial plan should support the objectives of the property, not the other way around.

SaDonna Manfull, General Manager at Jackrabbit Run Golf Course, shares why aligning the budget with the owner’s goals is an important first step in the planning process.

One idea. 25 golf properties. Nearly $65,000 raised for causes that matter.

Our inaugural Lead the Way on the Longest Day started with a simple goal: use golf’s longest day to make a meaningful impact in the communities our courses serve.

What followed was bigger than any single event.

Teams across the LGM portfolio made the initiative their own, supporting the On Course Foundation and local organizations through golf marathons, tournaments, community events, fundraising initiatives and plenty of creativity along the way.

Now, that impact is gaining attention across the golf industry.

For us, that’s what makes this initiative worth celebrating. Give great local leaders the support, resources and freedom to act, and one company-wide idea can create an impact across communities nationwide.

We’re proud of what our teams accomplished in year one. And we’re just getting started.

Partnerships are built on trust, responsiveness, and results. We're grateful that Midvale Country Club has chosen to renew its partnership with us.

When asked what made the partnership valuable, their team pointed to the people behind the support: "The support and guidance that Tanner has provided have helped with much of our decision-making process."

From accounting support to fleet management improvements, it's rewarding to know our team continues to make a meaningful impact.

Thank you to the Midvale team for your continued trust. We look forward to building on our partnership for years to come!

Finding exceptional culinary leaders requires more than reviewing résumés.

Recently, Jeremy Ranch Golf & CC shared their hiring process where executive chef finalists prepared and served their own four-course menus while members and staff evaluated presentation, ex*****on, creativity, and collaboration.

For LGM, the story isn't simply about hiring a chef. It's about developing repeatable processes that reduce hiring risk, improve decision-making, and help our clubs identify leaders who fit both the operation and its culture. Reach out for more information: https://f.mtr.cool/scyfbkbegm

Every purchase tells a story.

Our PoweredBuy team regularly analyzes purchasing activity across individual properties to uncover opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed. By reviewing buying patterns, identifying missed rebate opportunities, and evaluating vendor performance, we continuously strengthen our purchasing program for the benefit of every participating property.

The result isn't just negotiated discounts. It's an ongoing strategy built on data, collaboration, and continuous improvement to help our clients maximize purchasing power and improve their bottom line.

Strategic purchasing is about more than saving money today. It's about building a stronger program for tomorrow.

One of the most rewarding parts of our work is earning the trust of the clubs we serve.

Recently, the team at Harbor Shores Golf Course shared a simple message with us: "I, too, am grateful for our partnership." We don't take words like that lightly. At LGM, our goal has always been to be more than a management company. We strive to be a trusted partner, working alongside each club's leadership, supporting their vision, and helping create long-term success while preserving what makes every property unique.

Thank you to the Harbor Shores team for your continued trust. We're grateful for the opportunity to partner with you.

A site visit is only valuable if it leads to action. That's why every property visit from our Director of Agronomy, Chris Lewis, is followed by a detailed site report. Each report documents observations, recommendations, priorities, and next steps tailored to the property's goals and conditions. It's a simple process that creates accountability, tracks progress over time, and gives course teams a clear plan for continuous improvement. Strong agronomy isn't just about growing great turf. It's about providing consistent guidance that helps every property perform at its best.

Technology keeps today's golf facilities running, but many clubs still rely on IT providers who aren't familiar with the systems that power daily operations. That's why Greenside Tech was created.

Built specifically for the golf industry, Greenside Tech understands the technology golf courses depend on every day. From proactive support to faster issue resolution, the team helps clubs spend less time troubleshooting and more time serving golfers. When we identify a common challenge across our portfolio, we look for ways to solve it at scale. Greenside Tech is one example of that approach.
