We are seeking someone for Collections and light Accounting for a quickly growing company. The ultimate candidate is someone who is proactive, dedicated, thick-skinned, self-starter/worker, and loves taking ownership.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Make collection calls and emails to homeowners and adjusters
• Follow through on collections to maintain constant communication
• Review job files for accurate collection of payments as scheduled
• Light accounting/bookkeeping as needed
Position Requirements:
• 2+ years of administrative or office-related experience
• Customer service experience, quality assurance
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
• Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
• Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Hours:
• Full-time, 35-40 hours/week
• 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
