Today marks 5 years of Connected Care Service! 💙
On September 21, 2021, I started Connected Care with a simple goal: to provide dependable, compassionate care that allows people to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Five years later, I’m incredibly proud of how far we’ve come.
We’ve grown our team, expanded our services, built relationships throughout our community, and most importantly, have had the privilege of caring for so many individuals and families throughout Lincoln and the surrounding areas.
Building a business over the last five years has brought plenty of challenges, lessons, long days and growth — but it has also been incredibly rewarding to see what Connected Care has become.
To our clients and families, thank you for trusting us to care for the people you love.
To our caregivers and team, thank you for the work you do every day and for being the heart of Connected Care.
And to our referral partners, community partners, friends and family who have supported us along the way — thank you for being part of our journey.
