✨ President Spotlight: Debbie Dugan ✨

We’re proud to spotlight Debbie Dugan, president of Debbie Dugan’s Group, which meets every Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. at The Venue by Party Ambiance (1064 N. 204th St., Elkhorn).

Debbie has been a licensed massage therapist since 2006, building a career around the intersection of therapeutic massage and healthcare. As a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant, she brings a strong clinical background to her work, with expertise in post-surgical recovery, oncology massage, chronic pain management, and pregnancy and postpartum care.

In 2019, Debbie founded Via Medical Massage with a mission close to her heart: helping massage therapy earn its rightful seat at the healthcare table. What began as a solo practice has grown to three locations across Lincoln and Elkhorn with a skilled team of providers trained to support clients with a wide range of needs. Throughout that growth, Debbie has remained committed to safe, effective care, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and helping people heal and thrive.

That commitment to connection extends naturally into Debbie’s leadership with ERN. She believes in building trust among fellow business owners, strengthening professional relationships, and contributing to the wellbeing of the communities she serves.

We’re grateful for Debbie’s leadership, her depth of experience, and the care and conviction she brings to both her profession and the ERN community. 💙

This week's spotlight is on Latino Network ERN leader, Coco Chairez! This Spanish speaking ERN group meets every Wednesday at 5:00 pm at New Start Cleaning near 13th and High street. Coco is working hard to build community for the Latino businesses in this network.

Coco owns New Start Cleaning, (www.newstartcleaningllc.com) a family operated business that offers a range of services including commercial, residential, construction, and deep cleanings. New Start cleaning is dedicated to setting itself apart through personalized services that give clients back their time while creating opportunities for those seeking a new start.

Together, the group shares a vision of creating a lasting, positive impact in our community by providing trusted services that enhance lives, strengthen foundations, and protect what matters most. Through dedication to quality, personalized care, and genuine connection, we empower individuals, families, and businesses to thrive - whether it's maintaining a clean, stress-free environment, building secure and inspiring spaces, or offering peace of mind through reliable support. As a bilingual team, we’re especially excited to start this networking opportunity to help other local small businesses, particularly those who may struggle with English. ✨ President Spotlight: Felicia Mendoza and Liza Mendoza-House ✨

This week's spotlight is on sisters Felicia Mendoza and Liza Mendoza-House! This powerhouse duo lead the Game Changers ERN group that meets every Friday at 1:30 pm at LP Fitness Transformation Center near 66th and O street. They strive to build a diverse, supportive community where professionals connect, learn, and grow together.

Felicia Mendoza and Liza Mendoza-House are dynamic entrepreneurs passionate about transformation, empowerment, and community. Together, they bring a wealth of experience in life coaching, fitness, and business development.

Felicia is a Certified Life and Health Coach and the founder of Felicia Mendoza Coaching, where she helps individuals boldly reimagine life, overcome obstacles, create actionable plans, and provides the accountability and support to execute with confidence in both personal and professional realms. With an extensive background in social work, coaching, and fitness she blends compassion with action to guide lasting change. She has also played a key role in supporting the growth of LP Fitness Transformation Center and the opening of their second location in south Lincoln.

Liza is the owner of LP Fitness Transformation Center, turning her 70-pound weight loss into a mission to help others. Since 2014, she has grown LP Fitness into Lincoln’s only Transformation Center, and earning back-to-back Lincoln’s Choice Awards. In 2024, she was honored with the Inspire Award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship. Her passion for business led her to create LMH Business Coaching, where she helps entrepreneurs build and scale their business for success.
