"We as Q***r people have always existed in rural places, small towns, and politically conservative regions. Red is a Shade of Pink highlights the ways we, the Q***r people living in traditionally “red” and conservative places, can thrive when we create meaningful spaces for ourselves. This exhibition seeks artwork that reflects the complexity of Q***r life in these spaces."

Join us this Friday for Red is a Shade of Pink, a juried exhibition curated by Lindsey Webber and Keith Buswell.

We're proud to be a home base for some of the incredible leaders coming through the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) Fellowship Program this season!

Reposting from our friends at The Bay: give Marco a warm welcome!

Say hello to Marco Mollinedo!

Marco is the Co-Founder and Deputy Director of Ayni Skate Project in La Paz, Bolivia, and is joining us for a four-week professional fellowship through the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) Fellowship Program.

While he’s here, Marco is teaming up with our crew to co-create, exploring new ways to fuel our shared missions.

We’re grateful for the chance to learn from Marco’s work, share what we’ve learned, and connect across communities through skateboarding and youth development.

Join us in welcoming Marco to The Bay!
