This is a restoration I'm doing on an old pickaxe. It is still a work in progress and the weather has been making it more difficult. I am working on removing the rust then I will be putting a new handle on. After that's finished and cleaned up I'll be putting a working edge on it because it is going to be used and then treating it so it won't rust again.

This is a new axe I got for Christmas this year. I decided I wanted a really nice edge on it and I also sanded away an anti-rust coating that was put on the blade because it doesn't stay on after the axis has been used. Also I thought it really messed up the look of the axe.
