We had such a great turnout for the Apartment Association of Nebraska’s Lincoln Maintenance Appreciation Day! 🔧💛

We were lucky enough to be part of First Responders Appreciation Night at Haymarket Park this past weekend! ❤️🚒🚓🚑

Our first responders show up every single day, often walking into someone else’s worst case scenario. They protect our city, help save lives, protect our homes and businesses, and work tirelessly to keep our community safe.

We know the job isn’t always easy, and there are days that are incredibly tough. Yet, you continue to show up when our community needs you most.

To all of our firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMTs, paramedics, healthcare workers, dispatchers, and first responders: THANK YOU. Thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and everything you do for our community. We are incredibly grateful for you and proud to support you! ❤️

Last week, we had the opportunity to celebrate some pretty amazing people at our Subcontractor Appreciation Day! 🎉

We had an incredible turnout, great food, lots of laughs, and most importantly, a chance to connect with the subcontractors who play such a huge part in what we do every day.

A BIG thank you to Capital City Refuse for sponsoring lunch, Aramsco of Omaha for donating some awesome prizes, and Ty’s BBQ and Smashys for the delicious food! 🙌

And of course, the biggest thank you goes to all of our amazing subcontractors. We truly could not do what we do without you. We appreciate your hard work, your partnership, and the relationships we’ve built along the way.

For only the 2nd time in its history, the Red Cross has declared a national blood crisis. Patients may already be impacted. Blood donations have fallen to a 4-year summer low. Donors, especially those with type O blood, are needed ASAP to help save lives: https://rcblood.org/donate

After a busy day helping our community recover from last night's severe thunderstorms, we still made time to donate blood.

The American Red Cross is facing a critical blood shortage, and every donation has the potential to save up to three lives.

Congratulations, Mary! 🏆

This award couldn't have gone to a more deserving person.

Mary is so much more than our account manager. She's the reason we have the equipment, chemicals, cleaning supplies, and resources we need to take care of our customers quickly and efficiently. When disaster strikes, she is already working behind the scenes to make sure we have everything we need to respond.

During CAT events, while many people are trying to catch a few hours of sleep, Mary is still going. I've seen her stay awake for more than 24 hours, deliver equipment to three different states in a single day, work through weekends, and even spend Christmas making sure restoration companies had what they needed to help families and businesses recover.

Her dedication is one of the reasons we're able to do what we do. Having the right tools at the right time makes all the difference, and Mary always has our backs. She genuinely cares about her customers and always puts our best interests first.

People often see the crews on the job sites, but they don't always see the incredible people working behind the scenes to make it all possible. Mary is one of those people.

It takes partnerships with the best to be the best, and we are incredibly grateful to have you on our team.

The Fourth of July is almost here, and we can't wait for backyard BBQs, fireworks, pool days, and time spent with family and friends!

As you're firing up the grill and enjoying the holiday, keep these quick safety tips in mind:

-Never leave a hot grill unattended and keep it away from your home, deck, and anything flammable.

-It's going to be HOT, so drink plenty of water, wear sunscreen, and take breaks in the shade.

-Leave plenty of space between fireworks and your home, trees, vehicles, and dry grass. Always have a bucket of water or a hose nearby, just in case.
