Zucchini noodles are a true miracle for all pasta lovers! So low in calorie and high in fiber; you can eat as much as you want! All you need is a spiralizer (10-25 bucks depending on the type you get) you can find them online or in most stores! I eat 'Zoodles ' 3/4 of the time instead of pasta! To cook just heat on the stove with a little olive oil and spices - then treat it like pasta! Just be sure not to overcook it - they could get mushy! Comment below about your favorite Zoodle dish!

It used to be a thing only for intense athletes; now it is the latest trend. Understand what Carb Cycling actually is and if it is right for you!

My takeaways:
Carb Cycling might not be sustainable due to its need to count carbohydrates daily, making it a lot of attention to detail.
The method is not backed up by any scientific studies, therefore, your results may vary greatly.
If choosing to do this, make sure to choose healthy carbohydrates on high carb days (not pizza and fries) such as: Fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
