It used to be a thing only for intense athletes; now it is the latest trend. Understand what Carb Cycling actually is and if it is right for you!

Carb Cycling might not be sustainable due to its need to count carbohydrates daily, making it a lot of attention to detail.
The method is not backed up by any scientific studies, therefore, your results may vary greatly.
